Protection Experience:
Specific to the references provided: AEP: provided a tap changer control system for three 3-winding transformers. The system included an automatic transfer scheme in the event one of the banks is lost; a 3351 was incorporated for monitoring and SCADA interface. Duke Energy: Provided protective relay settings for distribution circuits, in accordance with Duke\'s standards. Northeast Utilities: Researched and provided report to customer on its zone 3 relay settings, as they relate to the NERC mandate.
Integration/Automation Experience:
Many projects have included implmementation of SEL data concentrators, logic processors, and hardened computer platforms for overall substation integration.

Protection Experience:
Specific to the references below: Chevron Products Company: Assisted with programming all of the SEL relays used on their new substation at the Chevron Pascagoula Refinery, which consists of four 115/13.8kV transformers and associated 13.8kV switchgear. There were approximately seventy five relays requiring settings.
Integration/Automation Experience:
Specific to the references below: Overton Power: Development of a SCADA/EMS system for three transmission class and eight distribution class substations, including a virtual private network for secure remote access by the operations staff to the system data. Plumas Sierra REC: Full SCADA system to integrate five of its substations. Added SEL-2032s to each of the five stations and used them to poll SEL and non-SEL rlays for metering and status information, and made this info available to the SCADA server.
